Admission to the Master's Programmes

Admission to the master's programmes takes place according to the “Methodology for organising and conducting the admission competition for master's degree programmes”, updated every year and published on the official website admitere.ase.ro.

For accurate and complete information, candidates are encouraged to consult the methodology, which covers all the stages and mechanisms of the admission process. Every year ASE also provides an online simulation guide to help candidates prepare for admission.

How to apply — simple steps

All documents are uploaded to the admitere.ase.ro platform. Incomplete files are not accepted for registration.

• 🎓Bachelor's diploma (or equivalent diploma). Graduates from outside Romania must also provide the recognition certificate issued by CNRED.
• 📋Transcript of records / diploma supplement showing the averages for each year of study.
• 🪪Identity card / passport — scanned copy.
• 📸3/4 ID or passport-type photo, in .jpg or .jpeg format.
• 📝Statutory declaration — completed directly on the platform.
• 💳Proof of payment of the registration fee (for those paying by bank transfer).
• 🌐Language proficiency certificate (compulsory for the Business Management programme taught in English).

How the master's programme runs

Programmes are organised into study formations (series and groups), depending on the number of students, and take place in modern classrooms and laboratories, in compliance with the legal regulations in force.

Academic records are drawn up every year, and at the end of their studies graduates receive: the master's diploma, the transcript of records and the diploma supplement.

• 📈Progression between years is based on credits (ECTS), in accordance with the Regulation on teaching activity for master's degree studies.
• 🔄Transfers between programmes, faculties or institutions are regulated internally by the same methodology.
