Admission to the Bachelor's Programmes
At the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, admission to bachelor's programmes is organised separately for full-time studies and distance learning studies. Candidates who wish to apply for both study formats must register twice on the admitere.ase.ro platform.
Important: Registration periods and the publication of results are announced every year on the admitere.ase.ro platform. We recommend checking the platform and your personal email address frequently.

How to apply — simple steps
Register on the platform
Create an account on admitere.ase.ro and fill in the online application form. Candidates who want both study formats (full-time + distance learning) must register twice.
Upload your documents
Upload all the required documents in digital format: baccalaureate diploma, transcript of records, passport-type photo (.jpg/.jpeg), statutory declaration and proof of payment of the registration fee.
Pay the registration fee
The registration fee can be paid online or by bank transfer. Proof of payment must be uploaded to the platform. Some candidates may be exempt from the fee.
Checks and publication of results
Incomplete files are not accepted. The committees check the files and publish the results on the admitere.ase.ro platform. Check your personal email frequently for notifications.
Confirm your place
After the results are published, admitted candidates must confirm their place within the set deadlines in order to complete enrolment at the faculty.
Application file
All documents are uploaded to the admitere.ase.ro platform. Incomplete files are not accepted for registration.
- Baccalaureate diploma (or equivalent diploma). Graduates from outside Romania must also provide the recognition certificate issued by CNRED.
- Transcript of records showing the averages for each year of study.
- Identity card / passport — scanned copy.
- 3/4 ID or passport-type photo, in .jpg or .jpeg format.
- Statutory declaration (Annex 7) — completed directly on the platform.
- Proof of payment of the registration fee (for those paying by bank transfer).
- Document attesting the award — for national/international olympiad winners.
- Language proficiency certificate (where applicable, for programmes taught in foreign languages).
Please note: Study documents written in a language other than Romanian must be accompanied by certified translations into Romanian.
