General Objectives of Master's Degree Programs
Starting from the strategic objectives of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and from the mission assumed by it, the general objectives of the master's degree programs in the field of MANAGEMENT have been defined.
Involving students from this master's degree field in scientific research activities in the field of management
Developing partnerships with the Romanian and international business environment
Developing critical thinking, analytical and synthetic thinking in understanding and approaching management at national and international levels
Developing strategic thinking in promoting successful businesses
Acquiring solid knowledge related to the economic environment in general and to what business management, project management, human resources management, management consulting, and international marketing entail, in particular
Developing those skills and competencies necessary for transferring acquired knowledge and applying it in varied contexts encountered in the national and international managerial environment
Understanding the adaptation needs of companies to an increasingly dynamic business environment, according to the particularities and changes that occur at the managerial level
