The Faculty of Management is the main entity of its kind in Romania and one of the most prestigious in the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, having a special place in the heart and in the mind of the many generations that have been professionally and humanely formed in almost 100 years of existence.

As the first Romanian faculty of its kind, the Faculty of Management aims, among the fundamental goals of its activity, providing highly trained specialists in the field of management, able to prove their exceptional expertise on the labor market.
In our faculty, education means, on the one hand, the development of entrepreneurial and leadership skills and abilities, and on the other hand, the deepening of business theories by learning from professional and well-known specialists and practitioners in the context of the of human experiences’ development.

Our graduates can be found in the top-management of both Romanian and foreign large organizations, as well as in the successful SMEs. Ministers and senior officials of Romania can proudly state that they have completed their studies at the Faculty of Management. Top organizations are constantly recruiting graduates of our bachelor, master and doctoral programs. This happens just because we are the best!
The development axes of the Faculty of Management aim at linking the bachelor programs to the requirements of the labor market, developing strong master programs which bring intellectual and value added for students and employers, developing and conducting strong doctoral programs which are knowledge and skills providers, supporting scientific research and maintaining an organizational culture of excellence.

Our academic community has, at the forefront of its entire activity, excellence in all its forms, followed by professionalism, stakeholders’ appreciation, open communication, diversity encouraging, value recognition and collegiality promotion; the Faculty of Management adheres completely and unconditionally to these principles.
The Faculty of Management remains different by the unique combination of both tradition and innovation, between both educational rigor and teamwork, between both the synergy and professionalism of the teaching staff, and the enthusiasm of bachelor students, master students and doctoral students.
