Abstract A person's credibility within an organization, for a leader especially, can't be separated by his professional competence. This is more important if we pay attention to his position within the hierarchy, what means that he can influence to a large extent the use of existing resources, with direct and propagated effects over the organization's performances. The trust in leaders doesn't come only from the verbal messages that they convey, but it has been building in time and requires a sustainable effort from their part. The results that leaders obtain in time, their attitudes and behaviors in different situations are elements that are closed monitorized and assessed by the organization's personnel. Abstract At present, though, Moldova's leadership puts the question more actively - it declares that European integration is an external policy priority of the country. The Government has finally prepared the Concept for European Integration, which emphasizes that ''on the internal level the actions of the Republic of Moldova will be mostly oriented towards meeting the Copenhagen criteria''. And further on: ''a progressive economic development of the Republic of Moldova represents the basis for the improvement of economic environment and consolidation of the relations with the EU. Promotion of structural economic reforms is a way to modernize the Republic of Moldova, to lessen and gradually eliminate gaps between developed European states and to create a functional and transparent market economy compatible with the EU principles, norms, mechanisms, institutions and policies''. Abstract In the paper it is shown that on July 29th, 1848, at Ramnicu Valcea, was organized a festival, for which, Anton Pann, as a local important person and as a teacher of music, composed the music for the ''A Great Sound'' poem by Andrei Muresanu. That song, known now as ''Awake, Romanian!'' is the national anthem of Romania, ''bringing the enthusiasm for the country in the hearts of every citizen'', as the representative of the provisional government, D.
